What’s your SPF number?

Bet you thought it was easy.
Sunny outside? > pick a cream that says SPF > voila, sun-protected skin! Well.. That’s not exactly how it is.

1. Clouds can block the visible sun. UV rays are more forceful. So always wear sunscreen.
2. Now, on to picking the right one.
- Medium toned skin can stay outdoors for 15 mins without burning.
- If you pick an SPF 20, you can stay outdoors for 15 x 20 = 300 mins!
