Are all your products plant-sourced / 100% natural?

We are not 100% natural but all our products are plant sourced since we are a 100% vegan & cruelty-free brand. Phy brings together natural plant actives with safe science to make products that are good for you, & for the larger ecosystem. Are your products certified by any external bodies?

Yes, all our products are clinically tested and certified as dermtalogically tested for safety.

What do you mean by vegan & cruelty free?

Being a vegan & cruelty free brand means that our products are not sourced from animals, do not contain animal-derived ingredients and are not tested on animals.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin & hair?

Yes, we keep in mind all skin & hair types while formulating our products and avoid all harmful chemicals. However, it is recommended for people with sensitive skin to patch test a new product on a small patch on their forearm before using them on other areas of the skin.

Can women use your products?

Yes, women can use Phy products.

What do you never use in your products?

We do not use any animal-derived ingredients and harmful (or even doubtful) chemicals. This means that we are free from parabens, phthalates, SLS, sulphates, silicones, and synthetic polymers in our haircare range. Read more about our ingredient list here.

Is your packaging biodegradable?

Eco-friendly packaging is something we strive towards – but we do have a long way to go. Some things we do already towards contributing for a safer environment are - we steer clear of non-recyclable packaging materials like SAN, ABS, PVC (we use PET, PP and HDPE) & we try to minimize the use of excess packaging in our inner packs and shippers. Also, we do have a recycling initiative called #Return2Good where we encourage our customers to return their empty Phy bottles in return for shopping credits.

How can I recycle my Phy empties?

You can recycle your Phy empties under our #Return2Good initiative, where we collect the empties from you, recycle it and also give you shopping credits. As soon as your product is all used up, write to us at or call us at  +91-9930-133-511 to request for a free-pickup. Each empty that you send our way earns you Rs. 50 in shopping credits that you can use on your next purchase.

While placing your order with us, you can pay via:

What should I do in case of a failed transaction where the money has been deducted but I haven't received an order confirmation?

This may occur due to a tech glitch. There is no reason to worry since failed transactions are reversed to your source account. In any case, you can write to us at or call us on +91-9930-133-511 and we can help resolve your problem.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped with one of our delivery partners, you’ll receive a unique tracking ID on your registered mobile number and email id. You can track your package using this tracking ID in a few simple steps:

  • Log in to the website of the delivery partner with whom your package has been shipped
  • Scroll to the ‘order tracking’ section
  • Enter the unique tracking number for real-time updates of your package location

Shipping and Returns

How long does Phy take for delivery of products?

Your Phy products can reach anywhere from 2 to 5 days, depending on where you are located. Estimated delivery dates are shared with you on SMS along with your tracking id. However, for more information you can drop us a line at or call us on +91-9930-133-511.

For multiple products in my order, will I recieve them all at once?

While we try to dispatch all your items in a single order, this may be impacted due to availability of the product or certain external factors, in which case you shall recieve your items in multiple shipments.

If I don’t like what I bought or if I receive a damaged product, can I return it?

Phy has a no-questions asked return policy, provided that the product is not returned in used condition.While we do our best to serve you at the highest order, in case you do happen to receive a damaged or tampered product please write to us at or call us on +91-9930-133-511 and we shall arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

What are the conditions to return a product?
  • You must return the product within 7 days of receipt.
  • In case of a quality concern with your order, we only accept returns where less than 1/3rd of the product has been used. However, the product must be returned with the original packing materials.
  • The return policy is not applicable on free gifts and promotional merchandise.
  • We reserve the right to not honour return requests that we determine to be fraudulent / mala fide and the decision of Phy in this regard will be final.
  • Lastly, this return policy is only valid for products purchased directly from our website -, and not on Phy products purchased from other marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart etc.
How can I return a product?

To return a product, simply drop us an email at with your name, telephone number and a convenient time for a call back. One of our product advisors will call you to understand the issue and provide you instructions on shipping the product back to us.

Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?

To cancel an order, you can write to us at or call us at +91-9930-133-511 within 3 days of placing the order or before your order is delivered to you.


How are refunds made in case of order cancellations?

Our refund procedure is really simple. On order cancellation, the amount is credited to the source account from which the payment was made while placing an order. Once we initiate your refund, you should receive it in your account within 5 to 7 business days.

How and when can I expect the refund for a returned order?

Your refund request will be processed within 3 working days of us receiving your returned order at our facility. The amount (excluding shipping & handling charges) will be refunded in the form of equivalent value store gift coupons that can be used on our website - Please note that cash refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
